Outside the Box – Christy Johnson

The level 10 students have been working on getting us into the holiday mood. Last week they surprised the administration with a gingerbread house that they decorated themselves! They assembled the edible house with icing for glue and many different pieces of candy for decorations. On that same day, the students also made Thanksgiving headdress bands, on which they wrote, “I am thankful for” followed by what they were thankful for on the feathers. It was a great way to kick off the holidays! Thank you to the parents who helped with these special activities. Mrs. Mashaly for bringing in the gingerbread house and Mrs. Angle for helping with the headbands.
