Outside the Box – Juliann Talkington

The Panama City Renaissance School summer program for preschool and elementary school children will run from June 6 until July 1. The students will learn Chinese (45 minutes – 1 hour each half day session), participate in the arts and community service and have fun with English language arts, math and science.

This program is open to the community.  Your child does not have to attend the PCRS during the school year to participate. In addition, no prior foreign language exposure is required.

Parents can choose one week, several weeks or the whole month. There is a morning program (8:00 – 12:30), an afternoon program (12:30 – 5:00) and a full day program (8:00 – 5:00).

There are three levels:
Rabbits – must have been at least 3 years old by 9/1/10,
Lions – must have been at least 5 yrs old by 9/1/10 and
Tigers – must have been at least 7 yrs old by 9/1/10 (completed grades 2-5).

The weekly cost of the program is $75 for a half day and $120 for a full day.
