Panama City Renaissance School kids prepare gifts for the Women’s Shelter

Outside the Box – Juliann Talkington Over the past several weeks, the PCRS Art and Community Service classes made beautiful gift boxes for the women living in the Women’s Shelter at the Panama City Mission. Many of these women are single mothers who have no other family and will likely go without gifts this holiday season. This past Thursday, students filled those boxes with gifts donated by the PCRS parents. The boxes were filled with slippers, gloves, socks, fingernail polish, lotion, perfume, lip gloss/ chap stick, makeup, jewelry, bath and toiletry items.  Ms. Estes took the boxes to the MIssion on Friday.
